A person filing an appeal is required to pay non-refundable fee of Tshs. 30,000 upon lodging notice of appeal, Tshs. 150,000 upon lodging statement of appeal, Tshs. 30,000 upon lodging statement in reply, Tshs. 30,000 upon lodging additional statement, Tshs. 40,000 for application for extension of time to appeal, Tshs. 20,000 for application for execution of a decree or order and Tshs. 20,000 for perusal fee.
